TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM CAPITEC AND CENTRIQ

Capitec and Centriq Life.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY POLICY with these companies they are useless their staff is rude and look for everyreason not to pay out.

My mum has passed away 6months ago and we have been have had issues with them and had to escalate to the OMBUD.

They have mislead and changed terms and conditions to there liking. Even their own agents cant understand their policy wording and terms.

When you call their agents say one thing and when its time to claim the give you ever reason under the sun why they shouldnt pay.

My mum has banked with for years and she has taken up a funeral plan with them 2 months before she passed.

We understood that the waiting period is 6 months, but she has had a policy prior which should waiver the waiting period.

They have turned the entire terms and conditions around to suite them.

I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW SO NO ONE ELSE GETS FOOLED INTO TAKING UP FUNERAL COVERS AND THINKING THAT YOUR FAMILY IS COVERED WITH THEM PLEASE.
