Dear Centriq Insurance Management.

I note with concern that the NFO has responded and closed the complaint without my consultation. This is unacceptable, as I have consistently paid my monthly premiums in good faith and expect Centriq to fulfill its contractual obligations in respect of my claim.

Please be advised that I am currently seeking legal advice to escalate this matter to the Ombudsman should a fair resolution not be reached without further delay. I urge Centriq to review this matter urgently and settle my claim in accordance with the policy terms.
