Stupid and careless with their work they don't even check their work properly

I just want to know how did they end up not paying me or declining my claim while sanlam paid me are they not using a same underwriter, how stupid and careless this is. This is not on you guys are so lazy to do your work I have bee complaint about this calim several times and you even sent a second investigator why? I have never seen 2 assessors investigating 1 claim in my life why is that? Or did the insure noticed that something does not add up with the first investigator? I want my money I have so patient with you capitec with this I even told the detective what you have done he even wrote a affidavit cz since day 1 I was with my cousin for this funeral as did you reject while sanlam paid me why?
