No response and ******** debit orders; I cancelled my services in January, and still being debited in July; their response "oops". Trying to sort this out over mail is impossible as their emails bounce back, and they keep hiding behind emails.

Kaelo/Centriq WILL just debit you and not provide a reason or feedback; STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

So Centriq underwrites Kaelo; Kaelo are useless in replying and sorting out a matter; Centriq just doesn't give a damn
