rejection on the claim lodged

I'm so disappointed at Centriq Life Insurance/ Capitec. I lodged a claim for my late sibling/cousin on the 17th of this month and there was no communication since then I only received a text on the 17th that the claim requires further assessment. I then waited for the 28th and there was no communication I tried calling them and someone said that they still doing the validation. I checked the app and it was saying the claim has been approved then when I checked again it was declined and the reason being no insurable interest. can you please help me in this situation and get assistance because I still don't understand why they declining the claim when they got clarity on the relationship. we had to borrow money for the funeral and now we got rejected how are we going to pay back the money we borrowed.
