Refused payment for funeral claim

Good day

We had a recent funeral of my brother in-law Khayalethu Kempele that is blood related with my wife Ayanda Kempele. They're father's are brothers and she got the claiming documents from my wife as she was helping out to the funeral of late Khayalethu Kempele. What I don't understand is that Onikizipho Mapongwana claim was declined and the reason is No insurable interest and the rest of Kempele was asked about her and they've answered all those necessary questions that was asked. If she was not willing to help out to her in-laws family she was not gonna bother to cover him. Funerals are expensive hence we ask her to cover him to assist with arrangements of a funeral.

I'm very disappoint with the outcome of her claim and it was even delayed for payout.
