Refusal of payment on a funeral claim11
Good day
I'm not happy the service that I'm currently having with capitec insurance, I submitted a claim of my brother in law in the Khayalethu Kempele and my older brother Fundile Mapongwana is married to his sister Ayanda Kempele.
I was told to wait for the assessment to be finalized on the 20th and now it's getting further away the dates and it is being not fair as the app stating 5 days.
I never thought I will experience this kind of service as I was capitec you can rely to them they are the best and quick to sort out things.

23 Dec 2022, 13:28What i don't understand is my brother is married to Kempele and by covering my in-law brother was a waste of time as my claim being declined as the reasons there's no insurance interest.
That means I have to remove people that are in laws from capitec bank insurance, my brother was paid up and they investigator did ask around about my contribution and relation to Kempele family.
Mapongwana family are 1 with Kempele as both reunited by Ayanda and Fundile. I will go else where and I've informed the family about this matter.
I'm very disappointed with this matter, how it's been handled.
That means I have to remove people that are in laws from capitec bank insurance, my brother was paid up and they investigator did ask around about my contribution and relation to Kempele family.
Mapongwana family are 1 with Kempele as both reunited by Ayanda and Fundile. I will go else where and I've informed the family about this matter.
