Refusal of payment by Centriq insurance and Capitec

I submitted my claim at Capitec bank with my niece on the 20th October 2021 Wednesday last week. They say claims are being processed within 48 hours but nothing has happened till today, no bothered to alert me as they're client. I submitted all necessary documents required for the claim needs. I'm very disappointed with the service I'm experiencing from underwriter and bank itself.
