POOR, UNPROFESSIONALIM, DISAPPOINTING

It is with great sadness to say the list, with the level of service we receive from this insurer - when they recruit clients they speak humbly and with respect just to acquire clientele but once they have, NO ONE comes to play - doors are locked, AFTER THE PASSING OF MY SISTER I PERSONALLY WENT TO THE FASTIVAL MALL BRANCH TO ENQUIRE WHATS NEEDED FOR THE CLAIM TO BE REGISTERD AND MONIES PAID OUT AS WITH THE CURRENT PADEMIC ALL IS DONE QUICKLY IN TERMS OF BURYING THE BODY - I WAS TOLD WHAT DOCUMENTS I NEEDED TO SUBMIT FOR THE CLAIM TO BE PAID OUT MIND YOU MY POLICY IS UP TO DATE, I DROVE ALL THE WAY TO MY HOME TOWN MATATIELE TO WALK TO CAPITIC BANK AND REGISTER THE CLAIM WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTATION TO BE TOLD THAT THEY CAN'T PAY OUT given Incident # ***2 and I'm told that claim requires further assessment I have been tossed from pillar to post and with rural situations I can't afford to be driving up and down just to check on the progress of my claim and again I have to borrow monies from the loan sharks in order to go ahead with the funeral arrangements yet I have been paying my policy with no fail SORRY TO SAY THIS INSURENCE IS RUNNED BY UNPROFESSIONAL BUNCH SELFISH PEOPLE
