Poor service from centriq Insurance Capitec

Bad poor service, I regret joining with capitec if I I knew they were part of centriq Insurance I wouldn't have joined capitec Insurance. On the 20th my sister passed on received the death certificate and the 3 ibi documents, on the 23rd, on the 24th I went to *** for assistance the poor guy tried assisting me using my phone cos the documents were not clear enough, we submitted the funeral claim, on the 26th I received a message from capitec to finalize my funeral claim I must submit the BI 1663 DHA-1663 and Death certificate mind you I already submitted, I was so angry time it's not on my side, so I thought to myself since it's Saturday to make things quicker let me email quickly self because I won't wait for Monday, after I have submitted I called the call Centre they told me agent is in process with my claim. On the 28th 10:19 I get this message from capitec that they have received the documents for my funeral claim they will contact me within 24hrs mind you I waited the following day for capitec to call me they never did, I called again the call Centre the consultant said they do see my claim is being processed. On the 30th I get this message from capitec that I must submit proof of Banking which I did, waited Thursday no one has called me and my sister funeral is Saturday I haven't received my funeral claim. I am very disappointed how they do things I should have stayed with assupol😡😡😡😡
