Poor service

As I am reading the reviews regarding Centriq insurance my heart just sank, seeing so many not getting their claims paid out left me with so much despair and regret for choosing Capitec bank for my family cover.

I have submitted a claim on the 4th of October 2024 and today it’s the 8th of October 2024 and I have received no communication regarding the claim. My uncles funeral is tomorrow the 9th and I’m planning ever But I’m unable to pay for the service providers. I am so upset right now. How could you guys do this!!!

I will cancel the rest of my cover Centriq insurance you have destroyed the possibility of my late uncle having a dignified service!!

I hope my matter will be sorted out asap
