Payment refusal of a funeral claim

Hello sir/madam

My nephew Mziwoxolo Solomon passed away on the 19 September 2024 unnatural and we still grieving of his death. The burial arrangements was on the 28 September 2024 we borrowed money from loan sharks to be able to bury him.

I thought centriq insurance of capitec will be assisting on time for funeral arrangements but it didn't happen. We as a family needs to pay the debts and interest charge 50% the person in charge of the loan. Mr Mbolekwa - *** is in charge of the case and he says he never received a call from capitec and time has passed.

I don't understand why you guys delaying and deceiving me on my claim, I am very disappointed a lot. I never thought I will be taking my sister to hospital yesterday due to stress and heart problems after her son death.

I wish this matter can be resolved soon and move on with our life's.
