Never make the mistake of taking them up on anything

Their Sanlam Gap cover, pathetic.. They rejected 2 of claims, and told me to speak to my broker who I took the gap cover with back in 2023. How in the hell am I supposed to remember the person I spoke to when I got discharged from hospital, only cause my doctor encouraged me too. Secondly they say, refer to your schedule, their reason for the rejection is not written there. So they are grappling at straws to explain why they rejecting my claims.. Yerr, worst experience of my life.. But they don’t miss their debt day.
