Never answer calls I want my money

I was promised that I will get money every day I'm in hospital, I tried calling the Centriq insurance for past 3 days no answer nothing. Mind you they deduction comes straight from persal for the amount of R253. 80 every month for the past 6 years. I want what is due to me as the call center consultant promised.
