Kaelo shortfall Medical gap cover worst insurance!!!

Kaelo shortfall gap cover: fusion is The worst short fall gap cover one can ever use. I joined these insurance 2016 and since then I have been paying every month and had never submitted a claim until last year 2020. I put in a claim End of November of which I was told that I have outstanding documents. All outstanding documents were submitted on the 10th of December of which their policy states that payout is 7-14 working days. Since then I’ve been calling almost every day using and wasting my airtime trying to follow up what seems to be the delay since all documents have been submitted? But to make matters the same documents I have been resubmitting till to date on their system it’s still saying outstanding documents when you call...payout has not been done, till to date. I even escalated it to their complaint departments but still nothing was done. Service is very poor and unprofessional yet every month their debiting your money. Worst insurance one can ever take.
