Spoke to a lady regarding my Dischem medical Insurance. She explained thing to me regarding a mail that was send out and just to find out that this is just a update on the 2024 policy not knowing anything about there own product. She then transferred me to another department regarding the Gap cover also just to find out they only give quotations, with all my details Infront of her the line was dropped and did not even phone me back. They really need to train there staff better. Product looks good and affordable but staff is very disappointing. Still struggling to get the gap cover.
