Insurance does not want to pay claim in full

I relocated from JHB to Cpt Town and I used Stuttaford van Lines as the moving courier company. I took out insurance for all the items in the shipment. The contract and policy that I signed is attached to this email. Upon arrival in Cpt Town, one of my wardrobe carton of clothes was not delivered. This was reported to the unpackers and the moving company on the day. An investigation was done and they still could not find it. I had to then start the claims process. I submitted all the documents and the insurance company sends me a settlement proposal which does not even cover half of the misplaced items. Upon query of this, I was told that according to their policies they take the total amount claimed and divide it by the amount of clothes boxes which does not make sense to me at all. Please note that nowhere in the policy does it indicate anything to this effect. To me it seems as if the insurance company is trying to get out of covering the claim. I am quite livid with the whole situation and I will NEVER recommend Centriq Insurance to anyone
