I have submitted a claim on the 27th of july (my cousin's) then the assessor came to our family and checked everything that he wanted to check regarding the claim and the name of the assessor is (Lawrence mafikeng) then I called him after a week asking him how far was the claim he told me that he submitted the report on the 3rd of August he's done with that claim he doesn't know what happening I was supposed to get the money long time ago. Capitec doesn't communicate with me I don't get any sms nothing till today. I want my money as they were promised when I was joining this policy they alway debit month end bt now they don't deliver. I am crossed with capitec as I had to borrow money ftom loan sherk to burry my cousin.
