Funeral claim

Good Day I just saw that my claim was declined just now on my status i dnt know why as they didn't even find me that day they said they were at my house and also the day they were calling me due to load shedding. I am failing to understand what is goung on as it a second time they are failing me, i am gonna move to other policies and i am gonna change the bank account cause this is too much
