********** POLICY DEDUCTION
Centriq insurance is deducting an amount of R163 in respect of a ********** policy which I did not sign up for. Policy number LPS*** is **********. I did not sign up for this policy. Are you not supposed to call to confirm if the person really did sign up for a policy before you deduct? This is causing me great inconvenience. Please help me cancel this ********** policy.
