Enquiry about capitec claim

Good On the 10 th November I submitted a death claim for my nephew after a week got the sms tht my claim was paid n the money will be in my account in 2hrs after a week they send investigator n the family confirmed m the uncle of the deceased i phoned then last week they promised to resolved the claim this Mrng I phoned again they told me claim was rejected due to the relationship I would like u to intervene to this matter as urgency
