Disappointed with capitec

I have submitted a claim for my cousin (my aunt son) on the 10th of November just want to know far are they with the claims because they have already paid 3 people with this claim as I was the one who was busy with preparing for everything, his Palour arrangements and food and I have proof that I was the one who was buying everything in the house. Made loans because I had nothing to prepare with since day 1. So can you please make sure of the payments as I was the one who made a claim first
