Centriq Insurance Company : Failure to attend to a loyal customer.

This institution refused to pay out my claim, after I had been a loyal client of there's. My vehicle was ****** (Hijacked) at gun point, and despite the severity of the matter they still didn't priorities' my case or show any sympathy with the traumatic state I was in, even though I had sustained injuries from the bullets. Further more i have been paying my monthly instalments, till today for a vehicle that is no longer under my care. The incident happened on the 11th of September, 2019.

Please help, I hope my cry will not go unnoticed.
