Centriq Insurance and AGS International Removals

I used AGS in January to move and store my things from Gqeberha to Cape Town. They stored them till the end of March. On the day of the delivery by the Cape Town 3 of my items insured for R 55000 were damaged. Filled in a form for the claim which was for R17000 to have my things sorted and the insurance they use is Centriq Insurance. Now thy coming back with a settlement of R4500 for all my things!!! They are taking me for a full, AGS come pick up my things, go fix them with that R4500 and bring them as they were, not torn, with legs and working. Don’t claim to have people’s things covered and make them pay insurance and when it comes to fixing your mistake you expect them to take whatever you propose. I will spread the word far and wide on my circle and their circle to never use your service and Centriq Insurance!!!!!!
