Centriq funeral policy the is the most horrible insurance

I lodge a claim with centrique funeral insurance taken out with Capitec. As per the policy once all documents are received claims takes 4-6 hours. All my documents was received and confirmed by them via Capitec in the 2/2/21 at 11am. Today is the 4th and still no correspondence from centrique received as to when claim will be paid. You end up spending so much money on airtime and being told there is nothing they can do but wait on the assessor. what bull**** what must one do if undertakers will not deliver a service because they did not receive their money all within their rights. Centrique is the most horrible insurance and I will be cancelling my 2nd policy with them. Please do not even attempt to ever take out a policy with them. Be assured If you have no savings your loved one will be buried a month after death.
