centriq and Capitec frustration

Capitec and Centriq should just cancel the policy capitec is running as according to me it just frustrates us as the clients. Capitec tells me my policy is pending with Centriq and Centiq tells me Capitec has not verified my documents for the waiting period waiver. which is which now? I am talking about policy number CF***9. Capitec says our underwriter this and Cetriq says check with Capitec. Tell me exactly what should I do because I have waited for days for what I do not know?
