Centric insurance ****

It's been weeks since I complained about centric life deducting my money for a policy I know nothing about. After investigations I found out one of their workers wrote that policy, forged my signature. I have requested for a refund and information on the matter, centric life is protecting their forester of a worker and can't refund my money either.
