Capitec/Centriq insurance do not want to pay my claim
Capitec funerals do not want to pay the claim for my cousin. My cousin passed away and i claimed since I have insured him with Capitec. They have called when they were doing their investigation and i even told them that the funeral service is on the 22nd of November and today is the 20th the claim has not paid yet. I have to prepare for the funeral but i am stuck. Why this company do this to my family or does it want it to take the service straight to Capitec bank so they can bury my brother by their own

25 Nov 2024, 06:47My matter is not yet resolved I made a funeral with barehands,i could not but tombstone,there were no tent and chairs hired for the service,food were not enough for people who attended the funeral. I want to cancel all my policies with centriq today,the claim i have logded a week ago has not been paid up till to date,centriq is bull**** ****,u ****med my premiums for nonsense funeral policy. I will alse tell all people areound me including my family to cancel this ****

06 Dec 2024, 19:25It is about more than 15 days ever since i made a funeral claim to Capitec,they are still quite and no communication and i mean nothing, they promised to do their verification and will be done after 14 days, but till todate nothing is done. Is Centriq still going to pay my claim or not? I just want to know
