Capitec wants to bribe me with R1000 now instead of paying my money

Today i received a call from Centriq insurance company that Capitec called today regarding my case tha I have reporting here everyday maybe you know by now, anyway they called to let them know that they made an error of sending me a message that says a claim was paid an approved I don't know why are they saying it's an error after they have done investigating on their side bt now what I don't like they want to offer a bribe of R1000, I am not gonna accept any bribe of 1000 from them I want my money as I received 2 messages from them that my claim was approved and paid as promised, I will write here everyday until I get what I deserve :
