Capitec insurance

I took out a funeral policy with capitec and made an unnatural death claim with capitec and Ive had a horrible experience since at first I had to fight to get the normal cover death claim paid out I waited for mre than a week for their payout and only after I called them to complain did they pay that portion and after I was left with the unnatural portion which has also taken far too long,we were asked for a post mortem report it took us months to obtain it and after which we are now requested to send a toxicology report which in my understanding the investigating officer is telling us will come back after a year of not more than that so I am disappointed at the level of service we have received because I dont thnk we are the first to go through such a situation and they know that all that they are requesting will make it impossible to obtain so they wont pay out,already we are grieving and learning to adjust but how will we do that when we have to fight to get payouts still but when we sign uo for policies no one tells us that its going to drag on we are told of 48 hours waiting period its now 3 months since the incident but they expect to keep debiting even when they dont payout in full,I am extremely dissappointef and want to warn others to save their money instead because having to deal with such is emotionally draining
