Capitec funeral insurance

Capitec funeral plans is really rediculouse,they take for ever to pay out or just give you a call to tell you the progress im so fed up with this its been a week now no communication what so ever ive been phoning nothing happens and they claim to pay out in 48 hours its a ****!!! This is terrible im moving my account they are useless i cant deal with this **** after you loose a loved one
