CAPITEC FUNERAL COVER IS BAD NEWS

I took a funeral cover with Capitec bank underwritten by Centriq Insurance. 4 months later my daughter was kidnapped and ******ed. I went to Capitec bank to claim for the funeral cover and was told that I must submit post mortem results. We waited 2 months for the results. when we got the results I submitted them to Capitec bank and was told that the results were not sufficient enough for them to pay out the claim. I went to the investigation officer to request other documents that confirmed if the cause of death were natural or unnatural, that was also not enough. I am still mourning the death of my daughter and have to deal with this issue as well. VERY BAD SERVICE. The claim is still pending...
