Capitec Funeral cover

I feel very unhappy I wanted to cancel but I am also thinking about my money that I have paid from 2018 till to date.. I went to Cornubia Capitec branch at that time I was pregnant to ask if I can take a premium holiday since I was going to be new mom I needed to organise my expense and adjust and I was told NO I can’t then after my baby was 6 months old due to the economy being unstable everything has gone up, I went again to Smith Street Branch I was told that I should have taken it while I was pregnant so that means Capitec employees are not equipped to sell this funeral cover or they DO NOT KNOW their product at all that means Capitec will be experiencing corpse being ditched in their branches we cannot continue like this !!!
