Capitec funeral claims.

Good day... I don't know where to start I'm sitting in a big problem... 2 months ago my mother passed away and my father was the beneficiary of both her policy accounts at capitec so my father also passed away 2 months after her... so I went to the masters to get a letter of authority... to claim for my father then they declined the claim due to my mother's policies was not 12 months old... but at the branch they said if the account holder passed away the added members on the policies will be covered up to 6 months.... so I really need some help??? Because we had to go and lend money to Barry my father... I did get a letter of authority... we couldn't even changed the beneficiary because my mother was the account holder and she was the only one that could've change the beneficiary... I already lost both my parents ... my mother passed away the 16th June 2022 and my father 31 August 2022... that's only 2 months after my mother... wich mean he should be still covered... my father did pull out his own policy last months where he made me the beneficiary... but I can't claim on his policy because they only cover after 6 months... that's why I claimed on my mother's policies because his supposed to be covered on her policies... and he died in the 6 month period.... I really do need some help if anyone is out there please I need some advice
