CAPITEC Forensic Department

I'm so irritated with CAPITEC forensic department. I recieved an amount of money from CAPITEC yesterday. Today I do transfers to my beneficiaries only for my Funds/Account to be Frozen. As if that wasn't enough my beneficiaries we're also inconvenienced now because they can't use those funds as well. I called Client Services spoke to Khethelo who advised to me to go to the branch to verify that I'm aware of those transactions. The branch has beeeeeeen escalating my incident but they hitting brick wall after brick wall. Like really, such incompetence--- I left work to sort this matter out and almost 2 hours later I'm still at the branch!!!!! The consultant here at Newmarker Branch and the Branch Manager are really trying their best to assist but the Forensic Department isn't intrested! Release my funds please!
