Good day I'm still waiting on a response regarding my complain... there was a lady contacted me on Monday she said that I must open an late estate account wich mean that take some time to open...and it need money to open that account... and we still struggling with some finance... I don't know for sure if they gona pay out the claim... I can't afford to open an late estate account if I don't know what's the way forward... if they gonna pay out the claim or not... she said that's she's gonna contact me the next day to follow up and she didn't... we are already in a really tough situation... so if I can just get a response...
