Capitec carnival mall disgusting service

We went to Capitec carnival mall and was assisted by a lady on counter 9.. I did not get her name but she assisted my fiance on 2 occasions and both times she was very arrogant and acted as though she was doing us a favour, her unprofessionalism and arrogance showed through the mask ... Hopefully this is not the kind of customer service that every customer receives when they walk into that bank.
