CAPITEC BANK
I feel I'm being bul**** by Capitec by taking my money because I owe them and couldnt make a payment arrangement. I would like for them to reverse the deduction and also want to know if it is legal for them to take monies from my account without an agreement?

04 Mar 2022, 14:38CAPITEC now claims they have a right to take my money because I don't have a payment arrangement in place. How possible could that have been if I don't have an income. Am I supposed to share the R350 Srd grant with them. I have been in contact with them almost daily explaining the situation. The amount they feel entitled to was a refund for an overcharge from Liberty Life. In that case, can they share the amount amongst my other Creditors?
