Capitec Babk and Centriq Life are a bad company to insure you loved ones with

I have submitted a funeral claim at centriq life insurance via capitec bank on Monday the 10th February 2025 on Tuesday the 11th Capitec sent an sms that BI -1663 is missing went to the nearest to scan the documents again, waited and there was no communication or whatsoever, contacted Capitec’s contact center and I spoke to Matsekiso via watsapp who then told me that I need to scan the BI 1663 again even thought it was scanned 2 times from their branches,5 days later claim is not paid and the funeral is tomorrow ,went to one of Capitec branch again to follow up and they told me that my claim is under administration,Centriq Life has a very bad service when you see that name run with your money,I cannot even pay for my fathers funeral costs because Centriq life and Capitec Bank cannot pay in time thats if they will pay at all
