capitec and centriq insurance pay my claim!!!

this policy is a ****, my cover start date was on the 14 of Jan, my mother passed on the 14th of Jun, which is 6 months but now im told it was declined due to waiting period, i just found out that the contract that i signed is different to the one they have! this is a ****!
