Capitec and Centriq

Capitec Funeral plan (Centriq) services is pathetic, my father passed away and they decline to pay out!!! Reason is it was 8 days to go before the 6 month cover start date, but yet they took for 6 months but deny to pay out claim. We also had a funeral plan for my family at Capitec and I have cancelled this as I will not pay a company who has bad reviews and does not want to pay out when it comes to claims. This company has many bad reviews and customers struggle to get payouts from them. I will make certain my friends and family does mot support Capitec funeral plan at all!!!!
