Most pathetic bank I've ever encountered After inserting 3500 in to the atm to make a deposit for rent, the deposit section closed and froze

I called the bank on the number provided but they refused to assist me stating that I should call 24 to 48 hours later.. I don't think capitec can comprehend emergencies, don't play with peoples finances, we work hard just for the bank to take it from us.. Pathetic
