Canceled policy yet it still deduct my monthly premiums

I have canceled the policy on the 15 of July 2023 but you're still deducting

You operate like ****, I phoned you guys and I told you that I'm no longer interested in this policy please cancel it for me, but still you're taking my money without my permission.

Please pay me back my money and do what is right and best for your company. You don't need a bad publicity just do what is right because you can't force me to continue with the policy that I don't need anymore.
