Bad service

I was under debt review in 2019, Debt busters was helping me manage my debts. Debt busters then advised me to take a life cover with Centriq insurance, which will be included on the money paid to debt busters.

Last month I received an email advising that the policy was cancelled in January due to non-payment, and I had been paying for 3 years. I sent an email last month regarding the above, but I haven't received any feedback yet. I was then forced to take a new policy with a reliable service provider .

I tried pulling my credit report, and the policy is still popping-up there in red. I am now frustrated because this company is non-existing.
