Bad service
I submitted a claim on 20 July 2024 I haven't received any sms regarding what was going on with the claim, up until Friday received an sms saying they have paid the claim till now I don't know what is going lately with capitec they don't even care about their clients I have been making calls today with no response please help.The money was suppose to be in my bank account latest 12 this afternoon.

Funny thing is I received a text message from capitec that says the claim was paid bt I have not received the money since friday
