AVOID Centriq for SHIPMENT insurance. Insured and adhered to all requirements to the letter. Once goods arrived a claim for damaged and broken goods were submitted, again based on values. Back and to to get the claim up to 70% of what was lost - but refused to pay out full amount. Paid R25k on insurance for the shipment, claimed R11k and was given R8k, they made a hefty profit and provided us with broken items we cannot repair or replace with the payout. Rather keep your money from these sharks and take your chances, either way, you will lose. Oh - and they use a middleman for their "admin" called OAE - so another layer of frustration and negotiations to struggle through to get any of your hard earned cash back.
