Annoyed and feeling ****med

i have taken this policy and after i realise i should cancel one and go ahead with one ( as i have one for my mom and one for me) 3 days after taking this policy i send an email and no one responded . i called no answered . i kept sending email with no respond until month end . they deduct my money and after send me an email saying we will cancel this policy. with all due respect can you pay me my money for one policy i have cancel before it can even start. another thing. they send me a link to download the icon, is says is has been downloaded and doesn't allow me to change anything on it. i have been trying to call till today no answer
