CFAD DURBAN

Think twice before applying to CENTRE FOR FINE ART, ANIMATION AND DESIGN in Durban to study. The College has lost its DHET Accreditation, although it still states on the website of CFAD that it is accredited, the outcome of which is now pending. The Department of Higher Education and Training has given CFAD until December 2018 to phase out and forbade CFAD from registering 1st or 2nd Year students this year, for this reason. Despite this, 1st and 2nd Year students have been registered for 2018.

The College is under investigation with the NFVF for claiming false amounts for bursary students and the KwaZulu Film Commission is also investigating the College.
