I've bought some electrical items and I have been charged double and double transaction has been made in my bank account when I quiry at first I've been told the money will reverse within 2days and it is not the shop's fault now it is their bank and HR and there's nothing they can do about it now it is more than two weeks no body says anything about it my money is gone like that R399.63 I feel like I've been ****** day light
