Unhappy with Centralblue Development

Worst decision we could’ve ever made was to decide to buy a house at Centralblue in 2020. Beginning of 2022 we were promised that we will be in the house by end of 2022. It’s end of 2022 now and they haven’t even started building the house, we haven’t even seen the plot itself. Apparently they still doing ground work. The question is till when? No one has an exact answer as to when the house will actually be move in ready. We have also tried to cancel only to be told that we will have to pay 100s of thousands of cancellation fees, for a house that hasn’t even been built. The contract we signed only favours the developer, the most ridiculous contract. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from centralblue. So emotionally and financially taxing and such a bad experience for a first time buyer.
